Joining the ESC follows a
3 step process: 1. The
completion of the
registration form:
Complete the
registration
On completion you
will receive an
acknowledgement Email
and an ESC Contract
The person
completing this
registration form will
be the Contract Manager,
and will be responsible
for all matters relating
to this contract,
including modifying
named contacts and
contract renewal. You
can of course, be one of
your institutions named
"technical contacts" if
appropriate.
2. The return of a
signed ESC contract
This can be faxed to
us on 0870 012 1678 or
posted to:

3. The receipt of a
Purchase order
This can be faxed to
us on 0870 012 1678 or
posted to:

Your support service will
commence immediately upon
receipt of the contract and
purchase order, with all
nominated technical contacts
receiving their log-in ID
and password via email
shortly thereafter.
