For customers that have deployed SMS & System Centre Suite of tools to availability and service delivery, the ESC has assisted customers with a variety of issues including problems with query based collections; deployment of Security Updates; Scan Failures and SSCM console issues.

Specifically: SMS 2003; SCCM Configuration ; SCDPM Data Protection; SCE – Essentials; SCOM Operations Manager; SCUP Updates Publisher; SCVMM Virtual Machine Manager

The ESC is able to escalate your issue at no extra cost; all escalations are at the ESC's discretion. The ESC also supports earlier versions on a ‘reasonable efforts’ basis
