The ESC supports Collaboration technologies. Exchange, Sharepoint and Lync form the core of many institutions collaboration strategies. Exchange for the flow of communication and Sharepoint as a method of collaboration and ideas exchange.
The ESC has provided Exchange support to customers including assistance with migration issues; routing issues; enterprise wide catastrophic failures; Trojan attacks. SharePoint support has included Forms Based Authentication Issues; Hotfix requests; Folder Rename and Metadata Problems; and advice on Security Vs Flexibility concerns.
The ESC is able to escalate your issue at no extra cost; all escalations are at the ESC's discretion. Specifically: Exchange 2007; Exchange 2003; Exchange 2010; MOSS & SPS; Sharepoint 2003 and Sharepoint 2010. The ESC also supports earlier versions on a ‘reasonable efforts’ basis.
