Fixed-incident call packs designed for the budget conscious
The ESC has introduced fixed-incident call packs designed to make the ESC available to the whole Education sector and cater to a variety of budgets. The new call bands are priced at £2,100.00(+vat) for 6 incidents and £4,100.00(+vat) for 12. - Calls are to be taken within a twelve month period. The ESC give full coverage of all Microsoft products covered by campus and Select agreements. The ESC also assist on products no longer covered by Microsoft on a ‘reasonable Efforts’ Basis. The ESC routinely deals with calls covering a variety of Microsoft Products including Exchange, IIS, ISA, MOM, Class Server, SMS Sharepoint and Desktop Products. The ESC has a full escalation path allowing you the benefit of having your problem escalated to the highest level of expertise, at no extra cost.
